Villa Casula liegt in der Region Marche welche aus Ebenen, Hügeln und dem Meer besteht.
Die Wohnung besteht aus 3 Schlafzimmern wie folgt: 1 Suite mit Doppelbett 180 x 200, Wandschrank, Minikühlschrank, Bad mit Dusche und Sauna, Fön. 2 Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett 160 x 190, Schrank, Schreibtisch und Bad mit Dusche und Wandfön. Wohnzimmer mit TV. Kueche mit Schlafsofa fuer 2 Kinder. Für die kleinsten ein Kinderbett.
Parkplatz für 5 Autos gratis vor dem Haus. Das Grundstück ist kpl. eingezäunt, Zugang durch automatische Tore. Der Garten der das Haus umgibt hat 3500 qm, der Park hat insgesamt 10000 qm. Im Garten engl. Rasen, Rosen, Oliven, Palmen. Ausserdem Sitzmoebel, Tische und Stuehle zum entspannen.
Bei einem Spaziergang oder einer Fahrradtour durch die Hügel kann man in der Natur viele Vögel, Wildschweine, Rehe, Stachelschweine, Blumen und Bäume und Schmetterlingen beobachten.
Man kann die nahe gelegene Kirche San Marco (800 m) oder die Kirche San Martin im Castello di Farneto (in ca. 1800 m) besichtigen. In der Umgebung auch weitere Orte und Monumente: Castello di Gradara, Fortezza di San Leo, Rocca di Offagna, San Marino, Basilica di Loreto, Cattedrale di Urbino, Palazzo ducale di Urbino. Im August gibt es das Rossini Festival und im Oktober und November ist Trueffelsaison.
