The hallway, bathroom, living room, kitchen and balcony have tiled floors, while the bedroom is laid with laminate. The living room has a sitting and dining corner and satellite TV. There are two bedrooms with a double bed and a large wardrobe. The bathroom is fitted with a WV, shower and washbasin. The large ca. 20m² balcony has seating and a sea view, both inviting you to spend time outdoors. There is also a large terrace with seating in the shade (wild grape vines to the rear of the house).
