Luxurious house with annex situated right next to a natural lake in a nature reserve
This house, which is typical of the region, is set in beautiful countryside on a private estate in mixed woodland beside a small lake. The location is very quiet and undisturbed.
The property consists of the residential building with an area of 160 m² and an annex which has a further 50 m² of living space. The house has space for two to six people. With the annex, up to eight people can be accommodated. On the ground floor of the house there is a large and fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. The kitchen is equipped with all the electrical appliances such as a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and freezer compartment. Adjoining this is the spacious living room (54 m²) with fireplace and high-quality furnishings. A hall, a utility room and a bathroom with shower and toilet complete the ground floor. Upstairs, there is a TV room with free channels and a total of three bedrooms. In one of these bedrooms is a double bed (180 x 210) and this room also features a French balcony. The other two rooms each have two single beds of 90 x 200, which can, however, be put together. The upstairs bathroom is equipped with a bathtub / shower and toilet.
The house was built in English style in 1982. It offers free wireless internet (WLAN). The annex is located right next to the main house, was built in 2001, and also has free WLAN. On the lower level there is a double garage, a small kitchen and a hall. The upper floor consists of a large living room and a bedroom with two single beds. Freeview TV is also available here, in addition to a large bathroom with Jacuzzi.
Outside there is a pavilion with garden furniture. There is also a grill/barbecue area. The large lawns border right up to the house. The grounds include a lake with a beach, and a boat (free of charge) is available to the guests. The lake is for the exclusive use of guests. There is also a kind of grill house on an island with a bridge to the beach. A greenhouse and large orchard round off what is on offer.
