This cosy attic apartment with 70m² of living space is for two people and enjoys a quiet, but central location in Offenburg, about a five-minute walk from the town centre.
The apartment consists of a big living room with a TV and wireless Internet access, a little room with a double bed, a kitchen with a fridge and freezer, a dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven and a bathroom with a bath, shower and WC. Bed linen and towels are included.
The site is detached and fenced. Pets are not allowed. The property has a pool, but use is only permitted by holiday guests upon agreement and it is not included in the rental price.
There are restaurants and a supermarket nearby.
