The domicile is also popular because of the view over the mountains from the property and the quiet and sunny hillside location. For exclusive use are available: sunbathing area, parasol, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, garden shower, grill possibility, terrace, garden furniture, hollywood swing and fire place.

Starigrad-Paklenica, district Seline. The holiday home is located on a 600 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow, flowers, bushes and trees, limited by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. The access goes directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 2 cars) on the property.
