    “Das Objekt ist erst ein paar Jahre alt, aber nie wirklich zu Ende gebaut worden. Die Ferienwohnung ist vom Platz her großzügig. Nachteilig ist nur, dass es zwei Bauteile hintereinander gibt und wir im hinteren waren, bei der der Blick vom Balkon nur noch in den Innenhof geht und nicht mehr auf den Strand.

    Die Lage ist gut. Am Ende eines riesigen Fährhafens mit eigenem kleinen Sandstrand vor der Tür, an dem gut gebadet werden kann. Zum Ort Santo Stefano kann man in ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß gehen. Insgesamt hat man nur das Gefühl, dass die Immobilie schlecht gepflegt wird. Die Aufzüge gehen z.B. teilweise nicht. Die Küche in der Ferienwohnung war sehr mager ausgestattet (wenigstens haben wir nach Reklamation wenigstens eine Pfanne erhalten - allerdings von sehr mieser Qualität). Bei der Ankunft war das Bad zwar geputzt, aber selbst die obligatorische Handseife hat gefehlt, nur die leeren Packungen lagen dort und zwei Duschhauben. Dass es ein Frühstücksbuffet gibt, ist für eine Ferienwohnung grundsätzlich eine tolle Sache. Das Buffet ist auch für italienische Verhältnisse reichhaltig. Leider hat sich einer meiner Söhne wahrscheinlich dort den Magen verdorben.
