This apartment on the ground floor of a two-storey building is located not far from the sea and is at the edge of a quiet coastal settlement. This small, well-maintained apartment is furnished with care and every attention to detail. The fireplace in the living room makes it a cosy room in winter. From the terrace, you can see the sea, the wild undeveloped stretch of the coastline with its primeval, mysterious stone structures and the Talaiots. On the large terrace, you can enjoy the sunhine in the morning over breakfast and the evening at the barbeque with a glass of red wine.

    “Die Ausstattung ist gut, die Lage ist sehr ruhig, jedoch ist man in 10 bis 15 Min. im Zentrum von I' Sllot oder Sa Coma. Hierhin führt eine Strandpromenade bzw. Strandweg. Das Bett könnte mit 140/150cm Breite etwas größer sein. Auch ein größerer Tisch für Innen und Außen wäre schön. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und direkt parat wenn was fehlt. Uns hat die ruhige Lage direkt am Meer sehr gut gefallen.”

    “Das Appartment bietet alles was mach benötigt, vor allem der Kamin ist sehr schön und trägt dazu bei auch mal verregnete Tage gemütlich "zu Hause" zu verbringen.
    Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und bietet jederzeit ihre Hilfe an.
    Leider gibt es kein WLAN, deshalb gibt es von mir nur 4 Häuschen.”

    “Maria ist ein Schatz! Wir wurden von Maria, der Vermieterin, sehr herzlich empfangen und hatten zwei wundervolle Wochen. Erholung pur in Ihrer einfachen, aber gemütlichen kleinen Wohnung, in der man alles findet, was man benötigt. Sollten Fragen oder irgendwelche Probleme auftauchen, kommt Maria und löst sie schnell und zuverlässig. Sie ist einfach klasse und die große, über Eck gebaute, Terrasse gibt einen tollen Blick aufs Meer inklusive Palmen. Ein echtes Postkartenmotiv. Von Liegen mit Auflagen, Stühlen, Tischchen auf der Terrasse ist alles vorhanden. Maria kommt einmal in der Woche und bringt reichlich Duschhandtücher und Bettwäsche vorbei. Sie ist mehrsprachig und gibt auf Nachfrage auch tolle Ausflugstipps. Wir haben die Ruhe sehr genossen und weitläufige Spaziergänge in einer tollen Landschaft mit unserem kleinen Pudelmädchen Chica gemacht. Jenseits von Trubel und Lärm. Wir waren vom 28.02. bis zum 14.03.2015 dort und würden dies auch gerne wiederholen. Fazit: Maria, we miss you!”
