Apartment in Manacor with Mediterranean Garden and Wonderful View

The FincaOase Can Negre - Adults Only, lies in the south east of Mallorca, outside the small and quaint village of Son Macia, near Manacor/Felanitx/Portocolom. 

The Studio Sur is with approx. 37 m² living space our smallest unit. The ideal layout of the living and sleeping area with an integrated kitchenette promises a pleasant stay. The studio consists of a spacious, bright living and sleeping area, in which a small kitchenette is built in. Next to the kitchenette is a nice sitting area. On the other side is the 160 cm wide double bed with its two nightstands. A large dresser with a mirror above it completes the whole room harmoniously. Two steps lead to the shower room, which is small but functionally equipped. Here are ready for you shower and hand towels, as well as a hairdryer. The spacious covered terrace with about 24 m² becomes the second living room. From here you have a wonderful view into the traditionally landscaped garden.

On the property there is a large communal pool that is accessible to all guests, where you can find separate loungers and seating areas, which ensure a lot of relaxation and recreation. The garden area of the finca is Mediterranean and traditional with small details that make it to something very special. 

The FincaOase Can Negre captivates by its sole hillside location, from where you can expect a magnificent view and plenty of peace. That is why it is also run for several years child-free. So you can enjoy the peace and quiet for two and recharge your batteries. Another special feature of FincaOase Can Negre is that each apartment or guest house has its own entrance and its own terraces, so you do not disturb anyone and are not disturbed yourself.

The hilly location of FincaOase Can Negre offers not only a fantastic view of the Tramuntana Mountains in the north, but also of the monastery of Sant Salvador, located in Felanitx, and the beautiful nature around the finca. The village of Son Macia is located about 1 km from the FincaOasis Can Negre. Here you get, in a supermarket a pharmacy, a bakery, everything you need for daily use. Also the two restaurants Can Besso and Can Pelut, as well as the Bar Nou provide for the physical well-being and leave nothing to be desired. The FincaOase Can Negre is the ideal starting point for all nature / hiking and sports enthusiasts. The direct forest edge location to the Finca Es Fangar offers joggers, hikers and walkers an ideal route. The nearby beaches such as Cala sa Nau, Cala Romantik, Cala Varquez can be reached in just a few minutes by car. The towns of Manacor and Felanitx are only 6 km away and offer many shopping opportunities! Golf courses are many in Mallorca and some can be reached in a few minutes by car.

    “Wir werden für einen Kurztrip auf Mallorca definitiv wieder kommen! Positiv: Die Finca wurde individuell und sehr charmant eingerichtet. Wir haben uns direkt nach der Ankunft super wohl gefühlt. Unser Wunsch an diese Unterkunft war es, dass wir abschalten können, kein Hotel-vibe entsteht und wir eine schöne und ruhige Unterkunft haben. Dies wurde uns vollumfänglich geboten! Die Besitzer sind zudem sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit”

    “Das Apartment "Petit" ist liebevoll eingerichtet, der Küchenbereich enthielt neben den üblichen Elektrogeräten auch Salz, Pfeffer, Öl, Essig und weitere Basis-Zutaten. Das Apartment ist sehr ruhig gelegen, umringt von hauptsächlich landwirtschaftlich genutzter Fläche. Die in der Nachbarschaft lebenden Hähne waren für uns nicht zu hören. Der Pool und die Liegewiese waren sauber und aufgeräumt, wie auch das Apartment selbst.
    Wegen einer neuen Verordnung der Regierung der Balearen gibt es in den Apartments keine Herde mehr. Diese werden jedoch durch einen Grill auf jeder Terasse/Balkon ersetzt.”

    “Die Finca liegt oberhalb des Dörfchens SonMacia auf einem Hügel, eigentlich ganz alleine. Man hat einen wirklich fänomenalen Panoramablick Richtung Meer, das Gebirge und eben auf das Dorf hinunter. Es gibt insgesamt 5 Apartments auf diesem sehr altem Landgut. Es ist alles sehr gepflegt und in einem sehr, sehr gutem Zustand. Wer Ruhe sucht, der findet sie hier in jedem Fall. Unserer Meinung nach eher ein Geheimtipp, denn man ist von den anderen App. so abgeschirmt, dass keiner keinen stören kann. Allenfalls am Tor begegnet man mal einem anderen Gast oder aber am Pool. Wir fanden es sehr schön und entspannend und können die Finca wirklich nur empfehlen.”
