    “guter Bauzustand mit kleinen nicht störenden Mängeln. Das Haus war sehr sauber. technisch alles in Ordnung. Der Pool war sauber und wurde regelmäßig vom Vermieter gepflegt ( jeden 2. Tag morgens )
    Gestört hat uns , das bei einem 8 Personenhaus nur 4 Sonnenliegen vorhanden sind und die Auflagen schon bessere Zeiten erlebt haben. Leider waren auf der Terrasse auch viele Ameisen. Die 2 Klimaanlagen ( je 1x oben und unten ) funktionierten leider nicht. Allerdings war das Haus im Juli auch abends angenehm kühl, so das eine Klimaanlage nicht unbedingt notwendig war. Einzelne Betten haben sehr stark gequietscht und die Matratzen waren zu weich. Sehr nette Vermieterfamilie vor Ort.”

    “Zeer mooi huis met een grote keuken en Living, 3 mooie slaapkamers met 2 badkamers boven en wc. 1 badkamer beneden.
    Mooi zwembad en terras zowel boven als op de gelijkvloers airco.
    Dit is zeker een aanrader als huis is hier niets op aan te merken”

    “Das Haus, die Bausubstanz und die Ausstattung sind unseres Erachtens absolut Top. Sehr gefreut haben wir uns im Vorfeld auf den abgebildeten Pool, den wir auch so vorfanden. Leider war dieser unbeheizt und hatte für die Dauer unseres Aufenthalts lediglich 18-19°C. Für einfaches Relaxen im Wasser ist das doch eher ungeeignet. Die Warmwasserdusche am Beckenrand wurde deshalb stets gerne genutzt. Die Außenanlagen waren Stand September 2010 noch nicht fertiggestellt, was dem allgemeinen Eindruck aber keinen Abbruch tat. An der Sauberkeit des Hauses gab es absolut nichts auszusetzen, alles war in einwandfreiem Zustand. Sehr gemütlich empfanden wir die überdachte Terrasse mit dem dazu gehörenden Grillkamin, hier konnte man schöne Abende verbringen.
    Unser Haus lag zwar an der Durchgangsstraße, der Verkehr beschränkte sich aber auf gefühlt 1 Fahrzeug pro Viertelstunde.”
