Welcome to a stunning and modern hillside villa that will take your holiday to a whole new level! This villa combines spaciousness, modern comforts, and an excellent location, making it an ideal choice for larger families or ski groups seeking a relaxing getaway.
The villa’s large and bright living area offers plenty of space for relaxation and socializing, with space for up to 14 people at the dining table. This newly built wooden villa boasts top-notch amenities: a fully equipped kitchen and a living room with a cozy fireplace, spacious sauna and washroom facilities, and modern conveniences that make everyday life feel like a holiday.
The villa has the following bedrooms: upstairs, there are three bedrooms, each with a double bed, and downstairs, there are two rooms – one with two bunk beds and the other with a double bed and a bunk bed. There’s enough privacy and space for everyone!
A covered terrace that wraps around three sides of the upper floor invites you to enjoy the enchanting views. You can start skiing directly from the villa, or just a 200-meter walk brings you to the ski lifts and slopes of Pyhä Ski Resort.
The cabin is designed with plenty of storage space for sports equipment – there is a carport for two cars in the yard and a large garage downstairs where you can maintain skis and other gear.

The nearest ski trail passes right by the villa, with approximately 150 km of trails available in the Pyhä-Luosto area. Pyhä Ski Resort is within walking distance. Additionally, Luosto Ski Resort is about 25 km away, where you’ll also find the Amethyst Spa at Lapland Hotels Luostotunturi.
The hiking trails of Pyhä-Luosto National Park are just 1 km away, offering summer access to Finland’s deepest gorge, Isokuru, where you can marvel at the breathtaking Pyhänkasteenputous waterfall. These trails also lead to the highest peak of the Pyhä-Luosto National Park, Noitatunturi fell, standing 540 meters tall. Some hiking trails double as mountain biking routes, and several companies in Pyhä rent out mountain bikes and fat bikes for cycling adventures.
About 15 km towards Luosto, you’ll find the fascinating Lampivaara Amethyst Mine, where visitors can dig for their own lucky amethyst and finish the experience with coffee and a doughnut at the Lampivaara Café.
