This freshly renovated 2.5-room apartment on the first floor impresses with a contemporary standard and a bright atmosphere. The east-facing balcony invites you to start the day with a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains. The apartment was completed in 2024 and fully renovated, creating a harmonious blend of modern Alpine chic with a high-quality kitchen and bathroom.

The interior features oak parquet flooring, a Bulthaup kitchen, and doors and built-in wardrobes made from exclusive reclaimed wood. A modern living ambiance flows through every room. The bedroom, flooded with light and stylishly furnished, offers access to the balcony, while the bathroom with a rain shower adds a touch of luxury.

The living room features a "Bruno" sofa bed (140 x 200 cm) suitable for 1 to 2 children.

The house offers WiFi internet. A Samsung Smart TV is available for logging into your streaming services (no linear TV available).
