Holiday flat Casa Tieu in Laax Dorf

The holiday flat with 4.5 rooms is spread over 2 floors, has rustic charm and yet is comfortably furnished in a modern style. The price includes cleaning, bed linen, towels and visitor's tax. The flat is in a very sunny and quiet location, and the large south-facing balcony offers a fantastic view of the Signina mountain range. On the north side there is another covered balcony next to the entrance. During the ski season there is a free shuttle to the Murschetg valley station, the shuttle stop "Laax, Demvitg" is 250 metres away and can be reached on foot in 4 minutes. There is space for two cars in front of the flat.
PLEASE NOTE: the cars are parked outside in the driveway (2 cars have plenty of space). If snow falls during the week, you may have to shovel the driveway yourself.
The living/dining room with sofa corner, TV, dining table (extendable) with corner bench also includes the open-plan kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped (electric hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, sufficient crockery and cooking utensils, fondue caquelon).
The most luxurious bedroom is located on the upper floor (despite the sloping roof, it is easy to stand upright) and has a 1.60 metre double bed, a pull-out sofa for an additional sleeping place, a dressing room and a separate bathroom with bathtub and WC. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with two 90 cm beds (which can easily be pushed together to form a double bed) and a bedroom with a bunk bed. There is also a WC with shower cubicle on the ground floor.
The washing machine and tumble dryer are shared by the whole house. Ski/ski boots can be stored in the cellar.
