Small kitchen 7 m2 (4 hot plates, oven, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining nook. Shower/WC. Upper floor: (steep stair), 1 large room with 3 beds (80 cm, length 200 cm). Exit to the balcony. Top floor: (steep stair), 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed. Balcony. Deck chairs (4). Facilities: Internet (WiFi). Reserved parking at the house. 1 pet/ dog allowed. The whole house is fineshed with wood. For your disposal: 4 deck chairs, parasol and windscreen for a beach. Usage of electricity has to be paid extra (locally according to counter). Attic room is 180 cm high.

Small single-family house "Mały Domek". On the outskirts, 2 km from the sea, 2 km from the beach. For shared use: property (fenced), garden. Garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: central heating system. Parking. Shop 200 m, shopping centre 1 km, bus stop 1 km, railway station 1 km, sandy beach 2 km, indoor swimming pool 2 km. Riding stable 1 km. Please note: the owner lives on the same property. The owner has a dog. Main road close by. The owner and his family live in an apartment on common land. Sometimes there are other guests there.

    “Also, das Häuschen ist recht angenehm, die Treppen aber recht steil, nichts für Beleibte oder Gehbehinderte! Ausstattung ist nur das geringste und notdürftig eingerichtet, wenn man aber sowieso nur dort schlafen möchte ausreichend! Leider nur ein Fernseher im Eingansbereich bzw. Wohnzimmer.”

    “Haus ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet aber sehr einfach . man findet im Wohnbereich leider nur 2 Sessel Hocker dies ist etwas dürftig für 4 Personen.
    Desweiteren hat uns schon der Straßenlärm gestört da das Haus an einer Hauptstr. liegt.”

    “Ein schönes Haus zum Wohlfühlen und sehr nette Gastgeber. Leider war die Heizung nur insgesamt 2 mal eingeschaltet, die anderen Tagen haben wir etwas frieren müssen! Ansonsten immer wieder gerne und eine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft.”

    Im Wohnbereich müßten Sitzgelegenheiten für 4Personen sein.
    Der Schlafbereich ist groß und sehr gut.
    Ansonsten gut und komplett eingerichtet.
    Abends eine himmliche Ruhe.

    “Es hat uns sehr gefallen. Das Häuschen war für uns richtig schön und wir machten viele Ausflüge nach Utsk (rügenwalde), Leba, Danzig usw. Das Haus ist sehr einfach, aber es war alles da und wir hatten unsere Ruhe. Wegen der Heizung mußten wir allerdings immer dem Hausherren sagen, er möchte sie
    anmachen, da leider im ganzen Haus keine Möglichkeit bestand, einmal die Heizung anzumachen und abends wurde es dann doch sehr kühl im Haus. Aber er machte sie dann auch an. Ich kann dieses Quartier jeden empfehlen, der ohne großen Komfort zufrieden ist. Wir waren es jedenfalls.”
