With its natural stone façade slabs and cheerful green shutters, the pretty rural Villa Marga in a wonderfully secluded location makes a graceful impression. Directly in front of the house is a covered terrace with a large wooden table with an elaborately forged frame. This elegant dining table seats up to six people and is ideal for a lovely evening around the barbecue. A bistro-style table and chairs complete the covered terrace with columns full of delicate flowers. Surrounded by typical Mediterranean flowering plants and old trees such as the stately fig tree, there are other pretty spots on the extensive grounds of the house. A large piece of sandstone forms an impressive natural garden sculpture near the pool area. A ladder provides access to the pool, which varies in depth. The practical outdoor shower saves you having to go into the house after leaving the pool. The pool is surrounded by a sun terrace with 4 sun loungers. You can also relax on one of the loungers in the shade of the parasol with a good book.

You enter the lovingly furnished interior through a wooden sliding door. Light-coloured walls with cappuccino-coloured floor tiles and classic wooden furniture create a calm, cosy atmosphere. The inviting living room has a light-coloured sofa. The dining area has an oval table and a modern LCD satellite TV with international channels. Both areas are in the same room and are therefore particularly sociable. The kitchen has built-in cupboards and no expense has been spared on luxury: From the coffee machine, microwave and electric hob to the combined fridge-freezer and dishwasher. There are two double rooms available for our guests. One has a large double bed, while the second room, which is also ideal for children, has two single beds. An extra bed is available for our younger guests. The shared bathroom has a shower with a modern glass partition.

This small, cosy, family-friendly villa is located on the edge of the pretty village of Cala Santanyí. Those looking for a change of pace will be delighted by the local shops and the beautiful, small sandy beach of Cala Santanyí. The beach of the holiday resort of Cala Llombards is only 1 km away and can be reached quickly in just 10 minutes. Cala Figuera, with its fjord-like divided bay, is highly recommended for wonderful walks along the harbour promenade. For those who love beauty and being close to nature, there is the strikingly beautiful Parc Natural de Mondrago nature reserve. This completely unique nature reserve offers sights such as rare orchids and many different bird species. Explore the nature reserve on the hiking and cycling trails that criss-cross it. The small Villa Marga blends in well with the naturally beautiful surroundings, retaining much of its original charm and simply being very appealing due to its unpretentious location. This rural villa also has a modest price tag, especially considering its very beautiful, secluded location at the gateway to Santanyí. We at Fincallorca wish you a relaxing holiday. The cosy rural Villa Marga is located in a wonderfully secluded spot, just 5 minutes by car from Santanyí and the nearby beaches. In Santanyí there are excellent shopping facilities for daily needs as well as a very good Wednesday market. Cala Figuera with its particularly inviting beach promenade is also nearby (approx. 5 km) and is a lovely place for a stroll. The pretty sandy beaches of Cala Llombards and Cala Santanyí are only 1 and 2 km away respectively.
