This 142m2 villa is made for an ideal family holiday, located 4km away from Vodnjan in a small villa resort "Paradiž" (Paradise). You have 4 bedrooms available: 2 bedrooms equipped with 2 double beds + 2 bedrooms with 2 combined single beds each. There you also have 2 bathrooms at your disposal, one with a washing machine, a living room with a large sofa, kitchen, balcony, porch, large 600m2 yard with a barbecue and a 32m2 swimming pool.;
The house has just been restored and everything in it is new. You can use 2 Air conditioning devices, relax on a comfortable corner set, watch a large smart LCD TV, and prepare meals in the kitchen equipped with a:;
- dishwasher;
- oven;
- fridge and a freezer;
- coffee maker;
- microwave;
- toaster;
The 32m2 Pool will provide you with a lot of fun. Around the pool, you have 6 new sun loungers at your disposal.;
Your group can spend evenings dining together on the front porch. After all, enjoying meals outside is one of the beauties of summer, and large outside table with 8 seats is perfect for that.;
You can park for free, use free Wi-Fi and SAT-TV.;
Guests can enjoy the pool and garden views, and the central joint park where they can walk along the canoe and the beautiful wooden bridge, with a gazebo in the middle of the park shared with other guests of the resort.;
There is a tennis court that our guests can use, shared with other guests at the villa resort (16 villas), and also a half-basketball court where you can shoot some hoops.

100% of the rental price if cancellation is made on the day of arrival
The cancellation costs amount to at least EUR 40.
