The terraces distributed around the villa offer you the right place to enjoy the Mediterranean temperatures at the right time of day or provide excellent shady spots. The spacious seating areas are ideal places to enjoy a meal together on the mobile gas barbecue or the brick-built charcoal grill. The supporting pillars that frame the terraces emphasise the already opulent impression of the villa and provide a unique view of the garden landscape. You enter the villa through a solid, large wooden door. Sa Coma is located 70 km east of Palma and is one of the most beautiful holiday destinations in the east of Mallorca. With its 890 metre-long beach and the adjacent promenade, which merges seamlessly into the seafront promenade of S'illot, there are wonderful opportunities to relax or take long walks towards the sunset. For an action-packed day out, head north to the safari park, the perfect place for a fun family day out. The villa is located in a quiet area of the coastal town, yet a road and entertainment venues are either adjacent or in the immediate vicinity. Villa Mirte is located in the residential area of Sa Coma, just a few hundred metres from the village's sandy beach. Swimming is not the only thing you can do here. The promenade is also perfect for long walks. The well-stocked supermarket for daily needs is not far from the house and the farmers' market offers another opportunity to stock up on fresh and regional produce. Due to the villa's excellent location, there are bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity.
