A finca for six people with unforgettable sea views: This is Can Peix, a pretty holiday home in the east of Mallorca. The location is simply paradisiacal - the single-storey natural stone finca was not only built at the foot of a mountain that rises majestically into the blue sky, but also with a view of the nearby Mediterranean Sea. The property with its large, well-tended lawns is spacious and offers plenty of room for children to play. The overflow pool right next to the house is a real highlight: it not only offers cool refreshment on hot holiday days, but also an unforgettable view of the sea. On the sun loungers, ideally with a delicious cocktail in your hand, you can let your gaze wander over the typical Mediterranean landscape and relax wonderfully. You can park your hire car in the shade under the carport.

Modern, but full of warmth and furnished with love: This is how your holiday home welcomes you from the inside. The ground floor design is particularly practical, especially for families with small children - there are no steps and all rooms are on the ground floor. White walls, natural stone details, cream-coloured tiled floors and dark wood combine to create an inviting, authentic and very well-kept finca atmosphere. Coherent living accessories have been carefully selected and your holiday home is pleasantly bright thanks to the many windows. The layout is practical: the living and dining room with cosy wood-burning stove are open-plan. Right next door is the well-equipped kitchen with enough space for a small breakfast. Three pleasantly understated bedrooms and two modern bathrooms, one en suite and one with a bathtub, round off the living comfort of Can Peix.

The location of Finca Can Peix is truly wonderful: at the foot of an imposing mountain and with marvellous sea views. The holiday home is built at ground level and is nestled in a typical Mediterranean landscape on a large plot with an infinity pool. The small village of Colònia de Sant Pere with the beach of the same name is only approx. 2 km away and can be reached quickly by car via the acoustically perceptible road. But it is just as much fun to explore the surrounding area on foot.
