It was built on a hill in an exclusive neighbourhood near Cala Ratjada on the east coast of Mallorca and offers a fantastic view of the nearby Mediterranean Sea and the cliffs in front of it. You can enjoy this view from the spacious covered terrace areas as well as from the sun terrace by the saltwater pool. And even when you are in the pool, which also has a shallow area for children, you can look directly out to sea thanks to the glass railing. You can go on wonderful walks and hikes in the immediate vicinity of your holiday home and conveniently park your hire car in the garage.
