Lage: Das hübsche kleine Haus liegt in dem Dorf Pedona (Camaiore), wo es ein Lebensmittelgeschäft und ein gutes Restaurant gibt. Das Haus ist mit anderen kleinen Häusern in einer kleinen Straße eingefügt, die mit einem kleinen Auto erreicht werden kann. Das Haus hat eine wirklich schöne Aussicht, sowohl die Berge als auch das Meer mit den schönen toskanischen Sonnenuntergänge sind zu sehen. Die Terrasse vor dem Haus ist mit einem Tisch, Stühlen und einem Grill ausgestattet, um draußen zu essen.
In der Nähe des Hauses gibt es einen kleinen Platz, wo es öffentliche Parkplätze gibt, aber um dorthin zu gelangen, müssen Sie ein guter Fahrer sein und Ihr Auto nicht zu groß sein.
Ansonsten können Sie auf dem Hauptparkplatz in Pedona parken, etwa 300 Meter vom Haus entfernt. Der Strand ist ca. 30 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt.
