This incredibly charming villa with a rustic natural stone façade and light-coloured shutters is located directly on the waterfront on the edge of Betlem. The house has several sun terraces and balconies that offer phenomenally beautiful views of the bay of Alcúdia. And on the other side, there is an almost equally beautiful view of the towering mountains nearby. The attractive garden area with the pool directly in front of it will certainly be the place where you will spend most of your holiday. From the house, the first view is of the terrace, immediately followed by the 10 metre long swimming pool (next to a small wooden deck) with a lawn area behind it. The outdoor lounge next to the house is a great place to sit and relax at any time of day, perhaps with a good drink or a good read.
The inviting little dining area is sheltered from the wind and covered. The pool is lined with an original tile pattern, equipped with an outdoor shower and easily accessible via a stepped entrance. It is a delicious place to cool off on hot days, but can also be heated with solar energy to provide a pleasant experience even in cooler weather. Comfortable deckchairs invite you to relax and soak up the sun. Enjoy the fantastic views around you and find the peace and quiet you need to truly unwind. Next to the kitchen is another covered terrace, which acts like a conservatory, with excellent protection from the elements and a lovely romantic atmosphere. There is a lovely wooden table around the corner where you can sit together and enjoy your meals, also under one roof. The idyllic atmosphere here is characterised by lush greenery and flowers, while the expanse of the sea dominates outside. Depending on the time of day or your mood, you can walk back and forth and enjoy the contrast.

The interior of the villa has a cosy feel and is decorated in many bright colours. The furnishings have a warm, personal character that fills the room with an atmosphere of lightness and cosiness that is simply a joy. From the living room and all bedrooms you can enjoy the magnificent sea views - a luxury you will only find in very few Mallorcan holiday properties; it represents the ultimate in holiday bliss. To the left of the foyer, a staircase leads to the upper floor and a door that leads to a bedroom and an en-suite bathroom. And to the right of the entrance is the living/dining room and open-plan kitchen.
Make yourself comfortable in one of the cosy armchairs and enjoy the view outside; or, for a change, sit down at the large dining table a few metres away and enjoy a good meal with everyone inside. The TV offers programmes in English, Spanish and German. From here you have direct access to the covered terrace with a view of the pool and the sea. Only a counter separates the dining room from the modern kitchen, which is attractively equipped with everything you need for your daily needs, including a kettle and coffee machine. The kitchen also offers convenient access to the sunroom-like outdoor area. Upstairs there are two further bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. All bedrooms are quite spacious, furnished with high-quality furniture and stylishly decorated. Hand-picked decorative pieces give each of these rooms their own warm, individual character, allowing you to enjoy a deep, restful sleep in this incredibly pleasant environment. The tasteful design of the rest of the house also comes into its own in the bathrooms. They have a modern design, are comfortably spacious and offer natural light.

The small village of Betlem, where the villa is located, is a sparsely populated residential area right by the sea. There is plenty of space and a high degree of privacy here, which you will undoubtedly appreciate during your stay in this fantastic holiday home. In fact, it is only a few steps from the house to the beach. Two restaurants and a kiosk are also just a few minutes' walk away. There are several inviting bathing bays nearby, which are never overcrowded here, even in the peak tourist season. This is exactly what makes a holiday in this part of Mallorca so attractive. To buy groceries and other everyday essentials, it is best to go to the small harbour town of Colònia de Sant Pere, just 8 km away. There are several supermarkets as well as bars and restaurants on the beach and marina promenade. Villa Encanto is located directly on the waterfront in Betlem, in the north-east of the island. This part of Mallorca is still largely undeveloped due to special environmental regulations. This means that the few houses that can be found here are generally very beautiful. This is all the more true if you drive to the fishing village of Colònia de Sant Pere to dine in one of the excellent restaurants on the beautiful harbour promenade, or to Artà to do some shopping.
