Le Pech du Roy is a completely independent house, surrounded by a small landscaped garden of only 4000m²! Located in a residential area, this house was once all alone, surrounded by fields. The village of Soual is located 15km from Castres: land of rugby with its Top14 club, its colorful houses overlooking the river and all its amenities (cinema, bowling, golf, supermarkets, markets, etc.). You can also visit Mazamet and cross the footbridge located 70 meters above the void. For fresh walks, the Sidobre with its rivers of rocks, crooked rocks and ancient legends will be ideal. Please note that Soual is located at the middle of a triangle between Carcassonne, Albi and Toulouse.
** THE GITE **
This is the owner's house which he leaves entirely for rental during the summer period. An enclosed plot of 4000m² surrounds the house with a secure gate. Large entrance with living room on the left: - dinner table - lounge area with sofas, fireplace, TV connected to Orange® and Canal +® TV - large kitchen behind the glass roof, fully equipped. The owner leaves all the items he uses on a daily basis available, so complete equipment! American refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee bean maker and Senseo® pod coffee maker, plancha, Seb® fryer, raclette machine, citrus press, mixer...From the kitchen, access to a covered veranda with dining table which overlooks the swimming pool. Still on the ground floor, from the entrance: - large bedroom with 160cm double bed, - bedroom with two twin 80x200cm single beds, - bathroom with bathtub, walk-in shower and large sink, - independent toilet, - laundry room with washing machine, dryer and household equipment Upstairs : - the third bedroom with double bed and private bathroom (shower and sink). - independent toilet. One last room at the end of the corridor is not accessible (for the owner's belongings).
Exteriors/outside: the garden surrounds the house with many trees which provide shade. The garage is not accessible, but you have a carport for your cars. Terrace with lounge and garden table, deckchairs by the pool and covered barbecue area, pétanque court. Heated swimming pool (thermostat at 28°C if the weather permits), open from June to September with roller shutter. Dimensions: 7x3.5m by 1.50m depth with flat bottom.
You will surely come across the owner's cat who stays on the property while Christian is away. The latter will also come once a week to ensure maintenance of the swimming pool, as well as the garden if necessary.
