Large and bright apartment in the residential complex "Borgo del Torchio", located on a area of 30,000 metres, with pools, a jacuzzi and tennis courts, in Manerba del Garda.
The apartment opens onto a large living room furnished with a dining table with chairs, a TV and an open-plan and well-equipped kitchen, also fitted with an oven, a microwave, an electric kettle, coffee machine and a toaster. The living room leads to the covered patio provided with a dining table and chairs for outdoor breakfasts and dinners with view over the private garden.
The sleeping area consists of the master bedroom equipped with a comfortable queen size bed, a shoe cabinet and a wardrobe, and another bedroom with a bunk bed, a wardrobe and an additional pull-out single bed. A full bathroom with shower completes the ground floor.
An internal staircase leads to the basement floor which houses a comfortable double sofa bed and another full bathroom with shower.
At guests' disposal there are comforts such as free Wi-Fi, a washing machine, iron and ironing board, air conditioning and heating.
The residential complex offers a variety of services and a lush green area. Guests will enjoy:
- 3 pools for adults, with waterfalls and a big jacuzzi
- 1 pool for children
- 3 tennis courts than can be used also to play football

The pools inside "Borgo del Torchio" are located on different levels and in different places, to ensure peace and calm to all guests. They are open from the 1st of June until the 30th of September. Swimming cap is required.

The residential area is protected by the Rocca di Manerba, a hill overlooking the lake and place to take pleasant walks through the Natural Park, where it is possible to see a large part of Lake Garda and some of its islands.
