The Alex chalet, near Menthon Saint Bernard and Lake Annecy, offers a comfortable stay amidst a natural setting between Lake Annecy and the Aravis Mountain chain.

This chalet features a ground floor hosting a dining area with a fully-equipped kitchen and bar. The dining room opens onto a north-facing terrace, offering a cooler atmosphere during hotter periods. A staircase leads to the first floor, where there is a sitting area with a TV (note: ceiling height is 2 m) and access to the southeast terrace with scenic views of the surrounding mountains Dents de Lanfon and Parmelan.

The chalet entrance is accessible from both the ground floor and the first floor.

Outside, the non-enclosed property borders surrounding fields, serving as an excellent playground for children of all ages. Additionally, a garden shelter is available for storing bikes, skis, etc.
The village of Alex is situated halfway between Lake Annecy and Thônes, between mountains and lake. Ideal setting for sports and nature lovers. Nearest shops and restaurants in Menthon Saint Bernard (3 km). Alex offers a beautiful landscape for long walks and cycling tours in the surrounding hills and mountains.
