Nestled between Lake Annecy and Lake Bourget, this charming 13th-century Castle presents a delightful apartment ideal for a romantic getaway. Situated in the right tower on the ground floor, this part of the historic castle offers privacy while the owners reside in the central area.

Guests can relish shared amenities including a refreshing swimming pool, stables, and access to the private beach along the river Morge. Surrounded by vast gardens leading to the river, the castle is a haven for nature lovers and horse enthusiasts.

The apartment features a well-equipped living space with an open kitchen, dining area, and a comfortable sitting space. Outdoors, enjoy the shared swimming pool and barbecue area.

Additionally, the riverside beach offers relaxation with deckchairs, barbecue facilities, and garden furniture. Shared spaces include a storage room for sports equipment and a laundry room.

Being less than 45 minutes’ drive from Geneva, the castle offers an ideal starting point to visit Savoie, Haute Savoie and Switzerland. Horse lovers will be able to bring their horses and do many rides from the castle. Many hiking and mountain biking tracks. Gorge du Fier nearby.

Please note, a second holiday apartment is on the castle's first floor, and the estate is home to various animals. Trout fishing is possible in the river Morge, and box rental for horses is available. Winter visits require snow equipment. The sprawling unfenced grounds, while picturesque, contains unsecured ponds and tall walls that might pose risks for unsupervised children.
