This charming farmhouse in Saint-Etienne-du-Grès offers a private swimming pool for a wonderful vacation. On the first floor, the kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine gives access to the terrace, which is shaded by two plane trees. On this floor there are two bedrooms, each with a double bed that can be separated into two single beds, and a shared shower room. Upstairs, above the living room, there is a mezzanine with a TV lounge and a corner sofa. There are three air-conditioned bedrooms on this level, all with double beds, which can also be split into two single beds. There are also two shared bathrooms. The bedrooms on this floor have air conditioning, while the first floor has underfloor cooling. Outside, the farmhouse has a terrace shaded by plane trees and parasols. The outdoor area includes a plancha, charcoal barbecue and garden furniture. The property also has a secure 8 x 4 m swimming pool, which is equipped with an alarm system and is all set in beautiful, large grounds. The farmhouse is located at the exit of the village of Saint-Etienne-du-Grès in the direction of Arles.
