This rural vacation home in Figanières has a private pool and is surrounded by olive trees. This large stone house is full of rustic charm with many traditional elements. On the first floor you will find an open plan kitchen and living area, a dining area for 8 people and a cozy lounge. There are also three bedrooms on this level, accessed via a long corridor. The outdoor area includes a spacious plot with olive groves, a spacious terrace by the pool, a covered terrace with plancha and seating and parking for 4 cars. The pool (10m x 5m) is unheated and sheltered depending on the season. Please note that the house has thick walls and the Wi-Fi may not be uniformly available in all rooms. The house is located in the heart of the Var at an altitude of 385 meters. Due to the mountainous location, access to the villa is via an 800-meter dirt road that is unsuitable for low cars. The property is about 35 minutes' drive from the beaches of Saint Aygulf (40 km) and Les Issambres (50 km) and 10 km from Draguignan. All local stores in Figanières approx. 1.5 km away.
