This villa in Uchaux offers a spacious living area with modern decor and large bay windows that open directly to the terrace, garden, and the heated swimming pool.

The villa is just outside the small village of Uchaux about 2 km from its shops: bakery, grocery store, restaurants. The town of Uchaux extends over a vast domain of hills and wooded valleys of forests and vineyards, on the edge of the Drôme Provençale. Discover and explore the many mountain biking and walking trails in the Uchaux massif. Nearby you can visit vineyards and the picturesque wine producing villages of "Côtes du Rhône": Cairanne, Gigondas, Vacqueyras, Châteauneuf du Pape. The city of Orange with its famous antique Roman theatre is only 8 km away.
