The 52 m² vacation home for max. 3 people is located separately on the owner's 620 m² fenced residential property within a quiet residential area. The town center, shops, restaurant and train station are all within a few hundred meters. The Baltic Sea beach is about a 10-minute walk away. The vacation home was newly renovated in 2018. It extends over two living levels. On the upper floor there is a living room (upholstered furniture with sleeping function as an extra bed for the 3rd person, flat screen TV, radio) and a bedroom (double bed, single bed). On the first floor there is a large kitchen (dining area, electric stove, fridge, microwave, mini oven, various kitchen appliances) and a bathroom with shower/WC. There is a furnished terrace and parking space.
The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, towels as well as water and energy consumption. Internet (W-LAN) is also available. To be paid on site: Tourist tax, 70 EUR deposit for the property gate opener. Due to the stairs, the accommodation is not suitable for children under 5 years.
Ückeritz is a small, quiet seaside resort in the center of the island of Usedom between the Baltic Sea and the Achterwasser. There are several shops, restaurants and cafés in Ückeritz. The former fishing village has a particularly fine sandy beach. There is also a beach chair rental and a sailing and surfing school, and cycle paths lead through Ückeritz into the region. Bicycle rental is available on site. There is a climbing forest, fishing ponds and a mini-golf course in the neighboring villages just a few kilometers away. An adventure village with many attractions for the whole family has recently opened in nearby Koserow.
