Villa Zvanya is a renovated stone house for 6 guests with a wonderful view of the valley of Cepic Polje.
As it is situated on the hills of Ucka Mountain, many cycling and hiking trails pass by. The Ucka mountain is a protected nature park with various endemic plant species. Nearby there are also the ruins of the old Kozljak castle.
The house is set about 9 km from the sea and was completely renovated in 2022. On its own enclosed property, it offers to the guests a barbecue, seating set, parasol and several parking spaces.

Villa Zvanya for 6 guests consists of ground floor with living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom. On the first floor are three bedrooms and a bathroom. The rooms are air-conditioned and have a TV. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
