Villa Milena is a holiday home with a swimming pool, surrounded by greenery and with a beautiful view of the highest peak in Istria, Vojak.
The house is situated in a quiet location near Kršan, where there is a shop, a café and a restaurant. The nearest beach in Plomin is 7 km away. In the garden, guests have access to a swimming pool, sun loungers for sunbathing, a parasol, a covered summer kitchen with a fireplace, a refrigerator and a separate toilet, seating, a children's playground and several parking spaces.
On the first floor there is a living room with an exceptional view of Učka, a dining room with an access to the beautiful balcony with a seating set, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with a bathroom, a bathroom in the hallway and another bedroom. The interior stairs lead to the ground floor where there are two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and access to the summer kitchen and pool area. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
