Our newly renovated house has five cosy and comfortably furnished holiday flats of various sizes for your holiday in the Saale-Unstrut culture and wine region.
In addition to various cultural highlights, the surrounding area offers direct access to hiking and cycling trails in the immediate vicinity of the spa town of Bad Kösen.
The holiday flat was awarded four stars by the German Tourism Association in December 2023 according to the quality criteria of the DTV classification.
Our house is located on a plot of approx. 2700 square metres in an idyllic, natural location in Kreipitzsch, a small community directly above the Saale valley and Rudelsburg Castle.
We have completely renovated and modernised the property over the last 14 months.
Since the end of November 2023, we have been able to offer our guests five cosy holiday flats with upscale furnishings to ensure a pleasant and relaxing stay.
Car parking spaces are available for our guests at the house.
The nearest shopping facilities are 6 km away.

Our new holiday flat with 56 m² of living space offers space for 1-4 people on the ground floor with garden view. The cosy eat-in kitchen with sofa and flat-screen TV invites you to linger. The fully equipped kitchenette with dishwasher, fridge incl. freezer compartment, hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee machine leaves nothing to be desired. The holiday flat has two separate bedrooms with a double bed and a single bed. The bathroom with walk-in shower, WC, washbasin and towel dryer completes the overall picture. Especially in summer you can spend relaxing barbecue evenings in our garden. Please note that pets are not allowed. You can use the WLAN and the car park in front of the house free of charge. On request, an additional sleeping option (extra bed) on the sofa can be provided.

Conditions:

Payment is made by bank transfer or on site in cash or by EC/credit card.
An advance payment of 20 % will be charged after booking.
Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge. Later cancellations will be charged at 90% of the total price.
Arrival is possible from 15:00 to 20:00.
Departure is possible until 11 am.
Other arrival and departure times are possible by prior arrangement.
The keys will be handed over personally on site.
Pets are not allowed.
A baby cot can be provided free of charge on request.
The tourist tax of € 2.40 per person/night will be charged on site (from 17 years).
The basic price includes towels, bed linen, WLAN, car park and final cleaning.
