Magnificent, totally detached family home in a chic country style, in the heart of the Pays de Cocagne and close to all the major sites of the Occitanie region.
Surrounded by greenery, chestnut, cedar and lime trees and a large, secure, private swimming pool, you and your family or friends will enjoy some unforgettable moments. On the border between the Tarn and Haute-Garonne departments, this 300 m² former farmhouse and its 6,000 m² grounds await you.
During the day, you can enjoy lunch under the linden trees, sheltered from the heat, and in the evening, you'll be able to enjoy marvellous sunsets around the pool, under the Balinese-inspired pool house.
In the summer, a large charcoal barbecue and an electric griddle make for great moments of relaxation and conviviality, with grilled meats made from fresh local produce.
Inside the house, you'll find two lounges with sofas and televisions, and a large dining room that can seat up to 12 people around the table. Fully-equipped kitchen: two fridge-freezers, oven, washing machine, tumble dryer, hob, microwave, baby cooker, capsule and filter coffee makers, electric mixer...
The bedrooms are beautifully decorated and all in different colours.
There is a shower room on the ground floor with shower and toilet, and a bathroom upstairs with bath + baby bath and baby bath seat.
A wide range of facilities are available to make your stay as pleasant as possible (including, for young parents, cots, high chairs, booster seats and pushchairs on request). For children: trampoline, table tennis, table football, bicycles.
You can choose to stay on site, in the peace and quiet of the countryside, or visit the surrounding area, from Toulouse 40 minutes away (the "pink city", a must-see stopover and the capital of aeronautics and space) to Carcassonne 30 minutes away (nestling on top of a hill in the Languedoc region, famous for its medieval city with its towers and ramparts), via Castres 20 minutes away (its houses on the Ajout, its bishop's garden, its Montagnès lake) or Castelnaudary (20 minutes) and its famous cassoulet, in the sunny lands of the Lauragais and Cathar country, not forgetting Cordes-sur-Ciel and its cobbled streets (60 minutes), one of the most beautiful villages in France, a European heritage site, a town of art and history set in stone.
Just a short drive away, you can also visit Revel and its Saturday morning market, one of the finest in France, or take a stroll around the Saint-Ferréol lake and its water sports centre, hike the trails of the Montagne Noire or cycle along the Canal du Midi.
