This home is a traditional Portuguese Quinta typical for the region, with thick walls that regulate the indoor temperature and make it comfortably cool during summer months. Four spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, all with shower, toilet, and washbasin. The living room features a wood-burning fireplace and projector TV linked to the Wi-Fi, with a surround-sound system. Adjacent to the living room is a spacious formal dining room/area with an antique dining table that can seat up to 16 friends. The office, just off the living room, is a quiet workspace with its own entrance that opens onto a lovely garden. The kitchen has a gas stove, electric oven, toaster, filter coffee machine, coffee bean grinder, blender, fridge and freezer, and all equipment and utensils necessary for a modern kitchen. 



The 8,000m2 property is surrounded by stone walls and an iron gate, making it an excellent property for dogs. The mature garden is filled with flowers, bushes and trees. The extensive lawn areas are maintained by the weekly gardener and an automatic irrigation system. At the top of the property is a large social area featuring an 11x6m swimming pool and traditional Finnish wood-fired sauna with separate relax room. Adjoining the sauna is a bar and outdoor relax area – an ideal hangout spot for swimming, tanning, post-surf relaxing and experiencing the stunning sunsets.
