Halfway between Albi and Gaillac, it is a true haven of peace and tranquility, nestled on the banks of the Tarn. There you will find on the banks of the Tarn, in a park, 3 very comfortable gîtes: La Grange d'Émilie which accommodates 2 people, adjoining La maison d'Émilie; the Half-timbered House for 4 people and La maison d'Émilie for 6 people, old mansions completely restored.
-- La Grande maison d'Emilie is therefore the simultaneous rental of La Grange d'Emilie and la Maison d'Emilie.

** THE GITE **

Access to La grande maison d'Emilie from a dead end which only serves the 3 gîtes with its private parking.
This accommodation is therefore a set of two gîtes so you will benefit from 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms with lounge and dining table, a total of 4 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, a bathroom and 3 toilets.

- Ground floor: entrance, family kitchen with dining table, large living room with lounge and TV, separate toilet and pantry with washing machine.
* Kitchen equipped with filter coffee maker and Nespresso® coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, cooktop with oven and dishwasher.
* From the entrance, you can access the other part of the gîte (La Grange d'Emilie), also accessible from the outside.
° Ground floor of the Grange d'Emilie: a single living room with open fitted kitchen, lounge area with sofa and TV. Open living room with a large bay window (after two steps) opening onto the terrace with outdoor dining table and deckchair.

- Upstairs at Maison d'Emilie: three bedrooms, a separate bathroom with bathtub, shower and double sink. Independent toilet.
* Bedroom 1: 160 cm bed and child’s bed
* Bedroom 2: a 90cm bed and a second 110cm single bed. This bedroom can communicate with the first
* Bedroom 3: 160 cm bed and in an alcove closed with curtains, 160 cm bed. Bedroom with a private bathroom with shower and sink.

- Upstairs at the Grange d'Emilie (the floors of the two accommodations do not communicate and are accessible from their respective living rooms).
* Access to the first floor with a wrought iron spiral staircase: bedroom with a 160 cm bed facing a large window allowing you to enjoy the view of the garden from the bed! From the bedroom, access to the bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.

Exteriors: on the Maison d'Emilie side, terrace accessible from the kitchen and large private garden with direct access to the river with a special area for fishing. The private swimming pool at the gîte measures 9x5m with stairs, descending depth of 1.20 to 1.90m, accessible all year round.
La Grange d'Emilie also has a large garden (without swimming pool) with direct access to the Tarn as well.

Complete baby equipment: changing mat, cot, child's bed, baby bath and baby high chair.

FISHING GITE: accommodation classified by the National Fishing Federation in France. Carp and catfish spot with bait tray. Small cabin at the water's edge to store your fishing equipment. Possibility of leaving your boat trailer safe (gîte located in a dead end) + possibility of mooring your boat near the fishing spot.
