    “Die Ausstattung entspricht den Angaben und Abbildungen. Geräte waren voll funktionsfähig. Lediglich TV/Radio/CD sind nicht auf dem neusten Stand und teilweise defekt (wir nutzten eigene Technik). Das Haus wurde in einem sauberen Zustand übergeben. Strand und Boot sind ein großes Plus. Die Straße und die Bahnstrecke sind deutlich hörbar, aber wegen der geringen Nutzung akzeptabel. Wer eine idyllische Ruhe im Urlaub sucht, sollte das Haus nicht buchen. Große regelmäßig gemähte Wiese rund ums Haus, viel Freiraum für Kinder. Übergabe, Einweisung und Rückgabe durch Vermieter ausreichend und freundlich. Gelegentliche Besuche des Vermieters zur Zustandskontrolle, Rasenmähen etc. freundlich und zurückhaltend.”
