Villa Caressa is located on a small lake. The south-facing terrace is surrounded by a white screen and features an electrically heated pool. Four sun loungers as well as 2 Caribbean chairs allow you to relax on the terrace and invite you to sunbathe. On the covered part of the terrace a table and 6 chairs are ready for you to have breakfast, a small snack for lunch or for an extended dinner with delicacies from the grill (unfortunately not visible on the photos). In addition, a good glass of wine or a cold beer - what more could you want? A TV for the sports fan is also available there
The total 190 sqft living space of Villa Caressa is divided into a modern furnished living area with reading corner and desk and large screen TV. Large sliding glass doors provide a view of the terrace and the sparkling blue pool.
The white open typical American kitchen has a fridge-freezer with ice maker, stove with ceramic cook top, microwave and dishwasher - all stainless steel. In front of the kitchen, also overlooking the terrace, there is a dining area that can seat four people.
From the master area (bedroom with walk-in closet and large screen TV ) has direct access to the terrace. The modern bathroom offers a large glass enclosed shower, a bathtub with jets and 2 Farmer Sink sinks, WC
2nd bedroom with king-size bed, big screen TV and exit to the terrace.
3rd bedroom with 2 single beds and also large screen TV.
The in between modern bathroom has a walk-in glazed shower, toilet and also a farmhouse sink.
Of course, the house also has a laundry with washer and dryer as well as iron and ironing board, so you can take your vacation clothes back home washed.
Villa Caressa is located in the central but quiet Crown Point community on Davis Blvd, which offers all residents a clubhouse with a large community pool, fitness room and tennis courts. The snow-white, mile-long beach and the exclusive galleries, boutiques and restaurants along 3rd Street and 5th Avenue in Old Naples can be reached in about 10 minutes by car.

100% of the rental price if cancellation is made on the day of arrival
The cancellation costs amount to at least EUR 40.
