Unser Ferienzimmer liegt im Parterre des Hauses und ist 28 qm groß. Das Zimmer mit kombiniertem Wohn- und Schlafraum (Bett 1,40 breit) verfügt über eine separate, kleine Küche und ein Bad mit Dusche. Es hat Parkettfußboden und ist überwiegend mit Naturholzmöbeln eingerichtet.


Unsere Ferienzimmer liegen zentral, ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg vom Stadtzentrum der Hansetsadt Stralsund entfernt. Der historische Stadtkern mit seinen Sehenswürdigkeiten, Museen und dem Hafen ist zügig erreichbar, das Strandbad (ca. 700m) sowie ein Spielplatz (ca. 500m) fast vor der Tür. Die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Netto-Märkte) sowie eine Wäscherei erreichen Sie in 3 Minuten.

Ca. 150m von der Unterkunft entfernt, befinden sich die Bus-Haltestellen "E.-M.-Arndt-Str." (Linie 4) sowie "Knieperdamm" (Linien 1, 3, 4 & 60). Parkplätze sind in den Seitenstraßen ausreichend vorhanden. Für unsere Gäste steht ebenfalls ein abschließbaren Fahrradkeller zur Verfügung.

Ausflüge zu den Inselparadiesen Rügen, Hiddensee, Fischland-Darß-Zingst, Usedom oder in die malerische Landschaft der vorpommerschen Boddenküste sind in kurzer Zeit realisierbar.
