Die neu gebaute Ferienwohnung ist ca. 58m² groß, hat einen getrennten Schlafraum mit einem Doppelbett und im Wohnbereich befindet sich eine Schlafcouch. Die Küche ist offen und voll ausgestattet mit Mikrowelle, Geschirrspülmaschine, Backofen, Herd uvm. Das Badezimmer ist mit WC/Dusche und einem Haartrockner ausgestattet. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1. OG mit einem separaten Eingang. WLAN ist kostenlos mit Zugang verfügbar.

Scharbeutz liegt im Süden der Lübecker Bucht, eingerahmt vom hügeligen Naturschutzgebiet der Holsteinischen Schweiz, geschützt in zentraler Bucht-Lage. Dort begeistert die Scharbeutzer Promenade durch ihr natürliches Dünenflair. Die Dünenmeile lädt zum Flanieren, Shoppen und Genießen ein – das alles direkt an der milden Ostsee! Der weiße, feinsandige und flach abfallende Strand bietet den optimalen Eintritt in das erfrischende Wasser der Ostsee.

Die neu gebaute Ferienwohnung ist ca. 58m² groß, hat einen getrennten Schlafraum mit einem Doppelbett und im Wohnbereich befindet sich eine Schlafcouch. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1. OG mit einem separaten Eingang, in einer ruhigen Wohnlage, mit einem ca. 20 minutigen Fußweg zum Strand. Auf dem Grundstück befindet sich eine Sitzgelegenheit. Haustiere sind nicht erlaubt! Nichtraucherhaus!

Hinweis: Die Orte Scharbeutz und Haffkrug erhalten neue Seebrücken - mit Spielstationen für Kinder, Aufenthaltsbereichen mit Aussicht und maritimen Veranstaltungsplätzen.
Die Fertigstellung der Seebrücken ist für Sommer 2024 geplant. Der Bauverlauf steht in Abhängigkeit von den Lieferungen der Baumaterialien, den beteiligten Baufirmen sowie dem Wetter.
Die lärmintensivsten Arbeiten wurden in 2023 abgeschlossen.
Während der gesamten Bauphase sind die Seebrückenvorplätze beider Orte nicht zugängig und rund um die Baustellenbereiche ist ein Baufeld am Strand eingerichtet, so dass ein Spaziergang entlang der Wasserkante überwiegend nicht möglich ist.
