Electric heating, air-conditioning. On the lower ground floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), bath/WC and TV (flat screen). Large terrace 50 m2, west facing position. Residence "les hauts de Pavellone". Outside the resort, 8 km from the centre of Porto-Vecchio, on top of a hill, traffic calmed area, 200 m from the sea, 750 m from the beach. For shared use: swimming pool fenced (12 x 6 m, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 15.Sep.). Pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Steep motor access to 100 m from the house. Parking (for 2 cars). Shopping centre 12 km, restaurant 500 m, sandy beach "plage de Pavellone" 750 m. Sports harbour 9 km.
