The luxurious Villa Sanda is located on the edge of a quiet little village amidst the fragrant Mediterranean forests of the enchanting Istrian countryside. It is a highly comfortable accommodation with plenty of space and exceptional facilities that children and adults alike will enjoy. The villa consists of two separate areas. The four spacious, elegantly furnished bedrooms are located in the main house. One of them is located on the first floor and the other three bedrooms are upstairs, with a flat screen TV and a beautifully appointed bathroom. On the first floor of the main house is a stylish and light-filled space divided into a relaxing lounge, dining and cooking area. The natural, soft colors and textures of the high-quality furniture and the cozy fireplace create a warm and pleasant atmosphere, while the large flat-screen TV and Playstation provide additional entertainment. Expansive sliding glass doors lead out onto the outdoor terrace, where an enticing solar-heated pool and relaxing sun loungers await. There is also a shaded loggia with an outdoor dining area and brick-built barbecue for delightful long lunches or romantic dinners under the stars. The chic and elegant garden shed completes the outdoor area. You can look forward to a relaxing wellness area with a well-equipped fitness room, whirlpool and sauna, as well as a games room with darts, billiards and a soccer table. There is also a children's playground, table tennis, basketball and volleyball as well as 4 bicycles with which you can explore the surrounding area. There is something for everyone, whatever the season. A beautifully maintained garden with extensive lawns and shady trees surrounds the house. Enjoy the scent of Mediterranean herbs and the beauty of the flower beds, which are as elegant as the villa. The villa offers an idyllic setting where you can experience undisturbed nature at its best. It offers true tranquillity with modern comforts and is just a stone's throw away from the crystal clear Adriatic Sea.This beautiful villa is located in the small village of Snasici, just 5 km from Labin. Perched on its hill above the magical Kvarner coast, Labin is the historical and administrative center of eastern Istria. The area is a paradise for art and history lovers with its rich cultural and architectural heritage. The steep, winding streets of the old town offer well-preserved historic palaces, numerous art galleries and studios, as well as various jazz and classical music festivals during the summer months. The town has some excellent fish restaurants, with delicious local produce, as well as cozy cafés where you can enjoy the relaxed atmosphere. The coastal town of Labin is Rabac, a former fishing village, today a popular tourist destination surrounded by a variety of beautiful pebble beaches.
