    “Het complex Allee des Dunes is voor ons te massaal. Het appartement was van een zeer matig niveau. Klein en met een vieze, penetrante (urine)lucht die er niet uit wilde. Begrijpelijk als je ziet met welk rioolwater de appartementen worden schoongemaakt. Geen schoonmaak zou beter zijn! Wie zeker eisen stelt aan hygiëne kan het best zelf aan de slag bij aankomst. Bijvoorbeeld als je niet houdt van een douche/bad met kalkaanslag en schimmelranden. De inrichting is zeer sober (lees: hufterproof). Wanddecoratie beperkt zich tot wat doodgeslagen vliegen en muggen die niet van het stucwerk worden verwijderd. Verder is het appartement toe aan een opknapbeurt.
