At the end of a private road, on a green hillside in the immediate vicinity of the idyllic medieval town of Gro?njan, this incredible vacation home is truly a unique discovery. As you drive down to the property, it's hard to suppress the feeling of anticipation: you enter a magnificent open space surrounded by trees and finally to the vacation home. It's hard not to be overwhelmed by the surroundings and the impressive, far-reaching views over vineyards, olive groves and forests of the magnificent Istrian countryside. The swimming pool is designed in such a way that its edge simply disappears - into a spectacular backdrop that offers the ultimate panorama. The extraordinary construction of the villa is equally amazing with its carefully crafted exterior design combining traditional elements of an authentic Istrian stone house with clean, sofisticated lines of the modern tower. It creates a perfect blend of modern elements that do not take anything away from the traditional, original part of the house, but only enhance it. The modern interpretation of an authentic Istrian façade wraps a great modern interior inspired by industrial design. The interiors are intimate but open and the uninterrupted span creates a bridge under which the conventions that define interior spaces disappear. Spread over 10000 square meters, this dreamlike property will leave you enchanted on path and footbridge! The enchanting medieval hilltop town of Groznjan is known as the "town of artists" and exudes authentic Istrian charm and history spiced with spectacular views over hills covered with vineyards, villages and farmhouses, as well as over the magical Mirna valley. Classical concerts, exhibitions and jazz festivals, art, dance, theater and peace activism workshops are hosted here, enlivening this small, quiet place. The number of towns and villages to visit is too long to list; here we are in the heart of central Istria, one of the most beautiful places in the world. It is also famous for local Teran and Malvazija grapes, olive oil, homemade cheese, prosciutto, grilled meat and of course truffles, which you can taste in restaurants in the many villages and towns in the region. There are numerous hiking and cycling trails, one of the most beautiful of which is the historic Parenzana - old railroad line, where you can even experience the unique ride on the tourist train along the historic route. The main coastal towns of Umag, Novigrad and Porec are easily accessible due to excellent road connections and offer very extensive leisure facilities, good nightlife, bars and restaurants.
