The main house has five bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, an open dining area and a billiard room. The studio apartment offers one bedroom with en-suite bathroom, as well as a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and an open dining area. On the second floor there are three terraces where you can relax and watch the sunset. In the outer part of the villa there is a large pool with hydromassage and waterfall. Below the waterfall there is a 'hidden bar' where you can relax with a drink after an invigorating dip in the pool. There are sun loungers around the pool where you can soak up the sun and work on your summer complexion. There is also a covered outdoor dining area and a barbecue where you can prepare and enjoy a wonderful al fresco meal.Loborika is a small village in the municipality of Marcana, located just a few kilometers outside the largest Istrian coastal town of Pula. Marcana is a quiet area with unspoiled nature and historical monuments. Here you can really enjoy your peace and quiet. In the area of Marcana there is a 36 km long coastline with pristine beaches with crystal clear sea. If you want to explore a larger city, just hop in the car and in a few minutes you will find yourself in the ancient Roman city of Pula, a place full of historical monuments, mainly from the Roman period, such as the Arena, the Sergejevci Arch, the Temple of Augustus and the Roman Theater.
