Villa Magica is a modern family villa in a small, quiet village in south-east Istria. The villa is spread over 2 floors and can accommodate up to 8 people in 4 comfortable, modern bedrooms. On the ground floor there is a bright and spacious living and dining area with direct access to the pool, a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a separate toilet. The upper floor, which is connected by an internal staircase, has 2 bedrooms, one with an en-suite bathroom, another bedroom with 2 single beds and an additional bathroom.
You can use the villa's beautiful pool for swimming or sunbathe on the sun loungers next to the pool. For younger guests, the villa offers a swing and a trampoline for carefree play and fun!
Local dishes for the whole group can be prepared on the charcoal barbecue and enjoyed on the covered outdoor terrace next to the pool.
The villa is equipped with WiFi and has a private car park for 3 cars. The villa offers all the necessary ingredients for a wonderful relaxing holiday in a home away from home :)Villa Magica is located in the small village of Radeki Polje, which is part of the municipality of Marana, in south-eastern Istria. This is an ideal destination for those looking for a different kind of holiday away from the summer crowds and overcrowded tourist centres: The 36 km long coastline is the least urbanised coastal region in Istria with crystal clear waters and beautiful greenery in the hinterland.
Start exploring the surroundings and discover parts of Istrian history in picturesque bays, churches and remains of ancient settlements. The famous tourist town of Pula is only about 7-8 km away from the villa, as the centre of Istria in terms of culture, tradition and beautiful nature. Pula offers numerous activities, from sports to nightclubs, casinos, cafés, restaurants and organised excursions. Today, Pula is the place where a holiday on the coast near the crystal clear sea is interwoven with legends and memories of the city's rich history.
