Would you like to spend your unforgettable vacation in Croatia in a modern villa and still be close to the sea? Then Villa Albi is just right for you! It consists of a total of three apartments with separate entrances, spread over two floors. It is ideal for a vacation for several families who want to spend some wonderful days together in Croatia, but still value their privacy. Let us take you on a tour.
The largest apartment is spread over two floors and can accommodate up to eight people. On the first floor, you will find the living area of the villa - the large and bright living room with open kitchen and dining area. Here you can unwind and enjoy the delicious dishes you have prepared in the fully equipped modern kitchen. Glass doors in the kitchen and living area give you access to the outside. A luxurious infinity pool with a special extra awaits them there. The geyser in the floor provides powerful fountains and pampers your feet and legs with a massage. The large outdoor dining area is ideal for relaxed evenings in good company. You can end the day there with a sea view. You can relax in a total of four bright and comfortable bedrooms on the second floor. Two of them even have their own balcony facing the sea. A total of 3 rooms have comfortable double beds and one room has a single bed and an extra bed. There are also two beautiful bathrooms on the second floor, in addition to the guest WC on the first floor. A laundry room and another small balcony complete the largest apartment in Villa Albi.
Small but nice - on the first floor is the studio apartment, where two people can make themselves comfortable. It consists of a living room with sofa bed, a kitchen with dining area, a bathroom and two small terraces.
The third apartment is located on the second floor and offers living comfort for up to four people. A separate staircase leads to the entrance of the apartment. This apartment also has a living room with an open-plan kitchen and dining area that invites you to linger. A balcony lets daylight into the apartment and creates an airy atmosphere. A cozy bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom complete the apartment.
A special feature for younger guests is located in the basement of the villa: children can play and spend time undisturbed in the playroom. There is also another bathroom and the garage with two bicycles, a hoverboard, skateboard, scooter and fitness bike. As you can see, the villa has a lot to offer. Convince yourself of the modern living comfort of the family-friendly Villa Albi! Villa Albi is located in Kostrena, an old and charming coastal town in the immediate vicinity of the port city of Rijeka. Once inhabited by several generations of sailors and captains, the small town looks back on a long tradition of seafaring. Kostrena is located on a peninsula that is about 10 km long and framed by the bays of Martinscica and Bakar. Numerous beaches and crystal-clear sea attract bathers to Kvarner Bay every year. A 3 km long promenade along the coast is a wonderful place to stroll and enjoy the gastronomic offer of restaurants and bars. Do you like to be active on vacation? Then take advantage of the wide range of sports on offer locally. Whether diving, sailing, cycling, jogging, hiking or jet skiing - there is certainly something for every sports enthusiast. The highlight - the beaches, like many other things, are only a very short walk away from Villa Albi. So after your morning coffee, you can quickly head to the beach and enjoy the first rays of sunshine on your skin.
Visit neighboring Rijeka, European Capital of Culture 2020, and enjoy the extensive cultural offer. In Opatija, once a fashionable spa town in the 19th century, there are many beautiful villas from the Habsburg era to admire. During your vacation in Kostrena, you should definitely not miss a visit to the Kvarner islands! The islands of Krk, Pag, Cres, Losinj and Rab are waiting to be discovered by you.
