To make your vacation even more magical, the inviting pool is available for your exclusive use.This property is located in a small hamlet in the eastern part of Istria. The whole of Regon Istria is easily accessible and has an excellent, low-traffic road network. You will undoubtedly be delighted by the fact that the nearest beach is only 5 km away, as the Istrian peninsula 'Terra Magic' is situated on the warm Adriatic Sea. The coast with the major tourist centers of Labin and Rabac, as well as Pula airport, are only a few minutes away by car. Perched on its hill above the magical Kvarner coast, Labin is the historical and administrative center of eastern Istria. The area is a paradise for art and history lovers with its rich cultural and architectural

The steep, winding streets of the old town offer well-preserved historic palaces, numerous art galleries and studios, as well as various jazz and classical music festivals during the summer months.
