Right in the heart of the village of Laure-Minervois, this beautiful building full of character opens its doors to you for a relaxing stay close to all amenities. You can discover and appreciate the gîte as you stroll through the peaceful, typical streets of this Minervois village. There are numerous shops on site, including a tobacconist's, newsagent's, coffee shop, food shop, restaurant, wine cellar, winery, butcher's, delicatessen, bread shop and chemist. Heritage lovers will love the village's Saint-Jean de Baptiste church. If you're a keen cyclist or walker, you can take the "sentier des capitelles", where you can admire the beautiful scenery of the region. Less than 20 minutes from the gîte, you can visit the medieval town of Carcassonne, the Canal du Midi, the breathtaking scenery of the Montagne Noire, Caunes-Minervois Abbey, the giant chasm at Cabrespine and the Cathar castles of Lastours. So many activities to enjoy with family and friends! The Minervois also boasts a rich terroir, with the wine region a must to discover. There is a public car park just a few metres from the gîte, where you can park easily.

The gîte has been recently renovated and has retained its authenticity. The ground floor opens onto a corridor leading to a first bedroom with a double bed (140cm). A laundry area with washing machine and tumble dryer. A separate toilet. When you go up to the 1st floor, there is a shower room on your right with a shower and washbasin. On the 1st floor, there is a large living room with a sitting area featuring a sofa and a connected TV, an open-plan kitchen and a dining table for 4 people. An office area for teleworking. On the 2nd and top floor, a large open-plan bedroom with a double bed (140cm). Bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning included. WIFI connection. Baby equipment on request (cot + high chair). Pets are welcome for a supplement of €10 per day (small dogs only).
