This spacious and functionally equipped holiday house with pool consists of three apartments and it is suitable to accommodate more families. Ground floor apartment is adapted for people with mobility problems, and to two apartments on the floor lead outside stairs. The terrace on the first floor offers a breathtaking view of the surrounding region of Ravni Kotari. The property is fenced, and on the neighboring property there is a house of the house owner with a restaurant where are served traditional dishes of the region. Parking is on the unfenced part of the property, immediately in front of the house. At only 15 km distance there are beaches suitable for small children. Nadin is a village in Ravni Kotari, the region known for its excellent wines. Be sure to visit the old city of Zadar and national parks in the immediate and wider area: Paklenica and North Velebit, Krk, Kornati, Plitvice Lakes.

    “Wir fanden das Haus für unsere Zwecke (Wohngruppe mit 9 Kindern und Jugendlichen) sehr passend! Es war die Zimmeraufteilung für uns perfekt. Es war sehr sauber und der eigenen Pool, war wirklich toll. Die abgelegene Lage, war einerseits gut, so konnten wir die Ruhe ohne Ablenkung genießen. Jedoch wenn wir etwas unternommen haben, war es immer mit einer Anfahrt von mind. 25 Minuten verbunden.(Daher einen Punkt weniger). Die Gastleute waren auch sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und unkompliziert (bei nächtlicher Abreise um Stau zu vermeiden). Wir wurden auch zu einem Abendessen eingeladen, was uns allen sehr gut geschmeckt hat. Die zugehörigen Katzen waren auch ein Highlight für unsere Kinds.”

    “Le gîte est situé dans un endroit très calme, au fond d'une rue en cul-de-sac à l'extérieur du village. Le logement était impeccable: propre, en bon état... Rien à redire. La maison compte en réalité trois logements, tous équipés de toutes les commodités. Nous avions de la place en suffisance! En plus, l'accueil du propriétaire s'est révélé très sympathique.”

    “Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und gepflegt incl. Außenanlagen und Pool (gemauerter Grill, Pool kann nachts beleuchtet werden). Wir waren 3 Familien (11 Pers.) - die großen Kinder bekamen ein eigenes Domizil. Die drei Wohnungen sind räumlich getrennt, aber es ist genug Platz, damit alle zusammen sitzen/ essen können. Von der oberen Veranda hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf die Ebene - Natur pur - Nadin ist ein Dorf!! Nicht zuletzt hervorzuheben ist die große Gastfreundschaft der Vermieter. Ob Frage oder Wunsch - er klemmt sich sofort das Handy ans Ohr und vermittelt (z.B. Motorbootausflug). Nebenan hat die Familie ein altes Haus landestypisch renoviert und uns einen Abend lang dort mit traditionellen Gerichten und Selbstgebranntem bewirtet. Bei ihm kann man auch Wein, Schnaps und Käse aus eigener Herstellung erwerben. Im kleinen Gärtchen durften wir uns an Salat, Kräutern und Gemüse bedienen.”
