On the impressive first floor of the villa there are kitchen, dining room and living room. The modern equipped kitchen fits perfectly into the space and has a large table for relaxed family meals. Natural light is provided by a circular glass door. The living area opens onto a terrace for guest entertainment. Enjoy the sun's rays and the soothing sounds of nature while sitting just steps away from the Adriatic Sea. Upstairs are comfortable bedrooms in light colors and with large windows that offer mesmerizing views of the island and the turquoise Adriatic Sea. In two bedrooms there is a double bed and in the other two rooms there are two single beds. Each room has a bathroom and additional amenities. Air conditioners in each bedroom provide year-round comfort. After a swim in the sea in front of the house, you can relax in the heated pool. Outdoor enthusiasts will love the expansive garden, which is fully fenced. Other amenities at the villa include billiards, fitness, games for children and a hot tub. If you want to make your vacation unforgettable, a concierge service is available to our guests daily (approximately 2 hours per day). The concierge is not only at guests' disposal for questions, recommendations and advice, but also takes care of other tasks (cleaning, tidying up, changing bed linen/towels, washing dishes, making beds) so that guests can enjoy their vacation undisturbed. The service is included in the price. The villa also offers the possibility of renting a boat for an extra charge. The island of Kor?ula is the sixth largest Adriatic island with many small villages and the famous old town. The old town is compared to Dubrovnik for its beauty and historical monuments. Small villages are the choice for those who seek more secluded places. Famous Croatian singers dedicated their songs to Kor?ula to express their fascination for this island. Pets are allowed in this accommodation at the discretion of the owner or for a fee.

In the case of a young group or older type of party group booking, the host has the right to increase the amount of the deposit to ten times the normal deposit, depending on the impression gained by the host during the inspection of the group house.
