This Brand New contemporary villa is located in the popular resort area of Protaras and is just a 5 minute walk to the nearest beach and with a variety of bars, restaurants and shops close-by, this is great central location for getting around without the need for a car. The villa is newly built and fully equipped with everything you need to ensure a perfect self-catering stay.





The villas open plan layout, combining living room, kitchen and dining area really makes the most of the space. For your enjoyment there is also a widescreen TV with full satellite channels and free WI-FI connection. The dining area has seating for 8 persons and the modern fully fitted kitchen is equipped with all appliances, as well as a breakfast bar. The ground floor is surrounded by bi-fold patio doors which open up to the landscaped garden, BBQ and pool area outside.

Upstairs, you will find the three bedrooms, all of which have balconies with lovely views. The master double bedroom has a double bed plus an en-suite bathroom with a shower and WC. Bedroom 2 and bedroom 3 have two single beds which can be made into doubles. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and bedside cabinets. The main family bathroom is also on this floor with a shower and WC.
